Undiknas Students Pass Student Exchange Program to Various Universities in Indonesia

Denpasar, April 1, 2024 – Several students from the Communication Studies Program at Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (Undiknas) have successfully passed the Student Exchange Program, an initiative aimed at enhancing student mobility and diversity in Indonesia.

This Student Exchange Program offers students the opportunity to spend a full semester at another university in Indonesia. In addition to deepening academic knowledge, the program also aims to enhance understanding of ethnic, religious, racial, and intergroup diversity (SARA), as well as fostering a spirit of unity among students.

The primary goals of this program include enhancing students’ ability to apply their national insights through learning experiences in various regions of Indonesia. Students are expected to develop a deeper understanding of cultural and national values. Furthermore, the program aims to increase awareness of diversity and the spirit of unity. It is designed to broaden students’ perspectives on social and cultural diversity in Indonesia and to strengthen the spirit of unity in diversity.

The program promotes intensive encounters and dialogues in diversity. By directly interacting with students from diverse backgrounds, it is hoped that there will be intensive dialogues and mutual understanding between cultures. The program also aims to expand students’ academic knowledge, allowing them to deepen their understanding in their chosen academic fields while experiencing new learning environments.

The Undiknas students who successfully passed the program include:

• Ni Made Eni Dwi Wahyuni (Exchange program to Pembangunan Nasional Veteran University, Jakarta)
• Made Dwi Kanaka Sarahswati (Exchange program to Brawijaya University)

This achievement demonstrates that Undiknas is surrounded by students who are creative and competitive in all eras. It also reflects the strong support from the Undiknas academic community for the accomplishments achieved by their fellow students.
