MANAGEMENT STUDY PROGRAM

The Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, National Education University, is accredited Excellent. To become a superior, digital-based, and entrepreneurial Management study program by 2035. The UNDIKNAS Management Study Program carries the theme “Sustainable Management, Entrepreneurial Brilliance“ which aims to equip students with relevant managerial skills. With a curriculum oriented towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this study program supports the development of a green economy through innovation and technology. The curriculum applied refers to the Independent Learning Higher Education Curriculum program (KPT-MB 2023).

Students are trained to become professionals in a variety of fields, including Creative Business Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, and Financial Management. The learning method of the Management study program uses a student-centered learning  approach with discussion, case study, and presentation methods. Students can also choose from a variety of activities such as internships, research, and humanitarian projects to enhance their competencies and experience. Graduates of the Management study program are expected to have attitudes and skills relevant to the needs of the industry, including abilities in analysis, management, and entrepreneurship. Master of Management (M.M.) Study Program Undiknas is an educational program that is committed to producing graduates with integrity, professionalism, digital talent, entrepreneurial spirit, and global competitiveness through research-based learning, innovation, and collaboration with the business world and industry. Master of Accounting (M.Ak.) DOCTORAL PROGRAM IN MANAGEMENT SCIENCE

The Doctoral Study Program in Management Science (Dr.) Undiknas is a doctoral education program that focuses on the development of management science through innovative research to produce academics, researchers, and professional leaders who are able to create new theories and strategic solutions for various business and organizational problems.
