Welcome in the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics

With its vision of becoming a technology- and research-based university, Undiknas University is supported by advanced technology and highly capable human resources. Along with the development of the digital era, Undiknas University continues to transform and advance its technological capabilities. The shift of civilization toward the digital realm has encouraged the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics (FTI) to develop study programs that address society’s growing needs for technological and information advancements. The implementation of bureaucratic digitalization and a paperless campus represents one of the technological breakthroughs implemented by Undiknas University through the development of the Information Technology Study Program. Since 2017, Undiknas University has successfully developed the Undiknas Mobile application, which facilitates students’ access to various academic and university-related information.

The ultimate goal of this system is to establish a smart campus. A smart campus is a digital education system that operates automatically and autonomously, facilitating interaction among all members of the academic community in carrying out the learning process. In addition to focusing on digital development, FTI also oversees other study programs that excel in their respective fields. These include the Civil Engineering Study Program, Electrical Engineering Study Program, Information Technology Study Program, Environmental Engineering Study Program, and Professional Engineer Program.

The Faculty of Engineering and Informatics consists of four study programs and one professional program, namely:

  1. Civil Engineering
  2. Electrical Engineering
  3. Information Technology
  4. Professional Engineer Program
  5. Environmental Engineering

VISION

As a leading faculty, we produce professional graduates with analytical and design skills who have an entrepreneurial spirit, based on research and science and technology grounded in Tri Hita Karana

MISSION

1. Implementing and developing a curriculum based on design, analysis, technology, and information systems to produce graduates who are highly competitive and ready to compete at national and global levels;
2. Strengthening the existence of the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics (FTI) as an ethical and moral institution based on the philosophy of the Three Balances of Nature (Tri Hita Karana) in line with the values of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution;
3. Implementing and continuously developing high-quality Tridharma of Higher Education in accordance with the development of science and technology;
4. Creating a competitive academic atmosphere to enhance students' reasoning and knowledge, encourage creativity and innovation, and foster an entrepreneurial spirit.

GOALS

1. Producing human resource graduates who have analytical, design, and technology application skills and an entrepreneurial spirit in the engineering field, while still based on Pancasila;
2. Improving the competence of lecturers and students in mastering scientific principles and being able to conduct research to find solutions to problems in their field of expertise;
3. Providing community service activities through continuous collaboration with community partners, companies, the government, professional organizations, and other institutions.
