Improving Legal Understanding Through Contract Design Workshops at the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional

Denpasar – November 11, 2023, the Faculty of Law, Universitas Pendidikan Nasional held a workshop agenda entitled “Contract Design Legal Science Workshop.” This event took place in Building A of the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional and was attended by very enthusiastic students from the Faculty of Law at the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional.

This workshop aims to provide students with a deeper understanding of how to design contracts that comply with legal standards. This activity provides a forum for students to learn more about the process of designing professional and effective contracts.

Several resource persons who have experience in the legal field also provided insight and knowledge to the participants. They are Kadek Januarsa Adi Sudharma S.H., M.H., C.P.C.L.E., C.Med., CCD., Anak Agung Ayu Intan Puspadewi, S.H., M.Kn., Putu Eva Ditayani Antari S.H., M.H., CCD., I Gusti Ngurah Agung Diatmika, S.H. These speakers discussed various important aspects of contract design, including applicable law, requirements that must be met, and practical steps to create a strong and legally valid contract.

This activity creates an opportunity for students to hear the experiences of successful legal practitioners and gain valuable insight into the world of contract drafting. Participants can also ask questions directly to the speakers, which makes this workshop very interactive and informative.

The hope is that through this “Contract Design” workshop, students at the Faculty of Law at the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional can better understand the process of designing an effective contract, which will help them in their future legal careers. Activities like this prove the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional’s commitment to improving the quality of education and providing practical insight to students.
