Undiknas Psychology Lecturer Facilitates Team Building Activity for PHD Mama
Denpasar – A lecturer from the Psychology Study Program at Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (Undiknas) served as a facilitator in a team building activity organized by PHD Mama, an online community focused on women’s empowerment and gender equality. This activity, held on July 14, 2024, aimed to strengthen relationships among members and enhance commitment to gender equality advocacy and women’s education.
PHD Mama is known as a platform that provides inspiring content, tips for continuing education, and scholarship information. The community frequently organizes activities to motivate women to pursue further education while supporting each other on their journeys.
Several main goals were achieved during this team building activity, including:
- Helping volunteers get to know each other better.
- Increasing commitment and engagement within the PHD Mama community.
- Cultivating a shared understanding of the importance of collaboration and mutual support among women in advancing education and gender equality.
- Strengthening gender equality advocacy by emphasizing the importance of cooperation and collective awareness in the pursuit of equality, rather than focusing solely on individual competition.
The Undiknas psychology team facilitated the sharing sessions among members, providing space for participants to share experiences and perspectives, and concluded the activity by summarizing its overall objectives. This initiative aims to further motivate PHD Mama members to promote education and women’s empowerment.
