Undiknas Releases Foreign Students After Completing the International Internship Program

Denpasar – The Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (Undiknas) in implementing the International Internship Program has officially released two foreign students from Germany, Theresa and Melanie, who have completed the 3-month International Internship Program at Undiknas. (29/4/2023)

For 12 weeks, they study administration, public relations, and protocol in college. Not only that, through the International Internship Program the foreign students who joined also built intercultural communication and gained cross-cultural understanding between Balinese and Indonesian culture and German culture.

Theresa and Melanie are foreign students from Germany who are studying at The University of Applied Sciences Kehl. After completing this internationalization program, they stated that they liked the working atmosphere and friendliness of the Undiknas academic community.

They also experienced unforgettable moments when learning to get to know Balinese culture through visits and direct interactions with traditional markets using Indonesian together with other foreign students who are taking the Indonesian Language Program for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) at Undiknas.

Rector of Undiknas, Prof. Dr. Ir. Nyoman Sri Subawa, S.T., S.Sos., M.M., IPM., ASEAN.Eng.,is very proud of the success of this internationalization program. He hopes that in the following semesters, more foreign students will study at Undiknas. This program is not only to improve the quality of education but also to open up opportunities for the Undiknas academic community to develop intercultural communication and cross-cultural understanding, as well as promote the rich culture and tourism of Bali throughout the world.

In the year of internationalization 2023, Undiknas is increasingly ready to become part of the international community through various realizations of internationalization programs. The International Internship Program is expected to provide a different learning experience and broaden your horizons and understanding of culture and life in other countries.
