Welcome in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities

Undiknas University’s Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (FISHUM) is a faculty that is now in great demand for the younger generation. Undiknas University Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities has two study programs consisting of the Communication Studies Study Program and the State Administration Study Program. There are two concentrations in the Communication Studies study program, namely Public Relations and Journalism. Undiknas University provides an opportunity for all students of the Communication Sciences study program to go directly to private radio and television to broaden students’ horizons. Meanwhile, the State Administration Study Program has a concentration in Public Policy which offers programs that are global in nature. Students can take part in the Merdeka Learn Campus Program through internships, entrepreneurial studies, humanitarian projects, research at strategic state institutions in Bali. FISHUM has a state administration science laboratory, photography laboratory, journalism laboratory, and U-Radio.

VISION

Realizing the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Undiknas Denpasar as a quality and innovative faculty, consistently implementing the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi) based on the Tri Hita Karana philosophy.

MISSION

1. Enhancing the quality and quantity of the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi) activities based on the concept of Tri Hita Karana;
2. Creating an academic atmosphere within the Undiknas environment;
3. Motivating and facilitating the academic community to continuously innovate in their respective fields of expertise;
4. Encouraging the academic community to apply administrative knowledge based on local wisdom and aligned with the social environment;

GOALS

1. Conducting the teaching and learning process consistently in accordance with SOPs, General Guidelines for Teaching (GBPP), and Detailed Lesson Plans (SAP);
2. Increasing research activities to produce new findings and create cutting-edge innovations;
3. Carrying out community service activities within the academic community to contribute optimally and maximally to society, graduates' users, the government, and the nation.
