Undiknas accepts applications from prospective new students through the Achievement-Based Admission Pathway, covering both Academic and Non-Academic achievements. This pathway is offered to improve the quality of Undiknas's incoming student intake and as a form of appreciation for prospective students who have demonstrated outstanding achievements or won competitions in sports, arts, academic olympiads, overall school rankings, and religious competitions. Applicants admitted through the Achievement-Based Admission Pathway are not required to take an additional entrance test. Students who are declared successful through this pathway will receive tuition fee scholarships in accordance with the Rector's Decree. The requirements and provisions are as follows:

General Requirements:

Students of senior high schools (SMA/SMK) or equivalent who, during their studies in Grade X, XI, or XII, have achieved outstanding accomplishments, as evidenced by an official statement issued by the school principal.

Specific Requirements:

Applicants must have at least one of the following achievements or supporting documents:

  • Winners of academic or non-academic competitions at the national or international level.
Document Submission Period:
  • March 16, 2026 to May 30, 2026
Admission Announcement:
  • June 12, 2026

Re-registration:
  • June 12, 2026 – July 10, 2026
Achievement-Based Admission Pathway:
  1. Prospective new students register by completing the registration form through the Undiknas mobile app/admission.undiknas.ac.id.
  2. Prospective new students submit scanned copies (PDF) of their achievement certificates or supporting documents through the Undiknas mobile app/admission.undiknas.ac.id.
  3. The selection committee reviews and evaluates the submitted achievement documents.
  4. The selection committee announces the document screening results through the website: Undiknas mobile app/admission.undiknas.ac.id.
  5. Prospective new students pay the registration fee. (PLEASE FOLLOW THE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED ON THE ONLINE ADMISSION SYSTEM.)
  6. Prospective new students pay the re-registration fee (the detailed tuition and fee information is available on the Undiknas website) within the specified period.
  7. Prospective new students complete the re-registration documents through the Undiknas mobile app/admission.undiknas.ac.id.
  8. Students will receive a Student Identification Number (NIM) once they have completed the re-registration payment and submitted all required documents.

Invitation Path

This pathway is one of the admission pathways for prospective new students based on academic qualifications, offering eligible applicants the opportunity to be admitted without taking an entrance test. The requirements and provisions are as follows:

General Requirements:
  • Students of senior high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
Specific Requirements:
  • Students of senior high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Science (IPA/MIA), technology-related concentrations, students participating in Robotics and Electrical extracurricular activities, as well as former OSIS board members.
  • Able to provide photocopies of report cards from Grades X, XI, and XII.
General Requirements:
  • Students of senior high school (SMA) or equivalent.
Specific Requirements:
  • Students of senior high school (SMA) or equivalent in Social Sciences (IPS), former OSIS board members, and activists involved in humanitarian and national defense activities (Scouts, Paskibraka, PMR, etc.).
  • Able to provide photocopies of report cards from Grades X, XI, and XII.
Document Submission Period:
  • April 13 – June 30, 2026
Admission Announcement:
  • July 3, 2026

Registration Period:
  • July 3 – July 17, 2026
Invitation-Based Admission Pathway:
  1. Prospective new students register by completing the registration form through the Undiknas mobile app / admission.undiknas.ac.id.
  2. Prospective new students submit scanned copies (PDF) of report cards from Grades X, XI, and XII, along with proof of former OSIS membership, through the Undiknas mobile app / admission.undiknas.ac.id.

Registration

New student registration opens in February 2025

Registration for new students is open as long as there are still spots available. Once the quota is full, registration will be closed.

Registration can be done from anywhere online on the Undiknas website or through the Undiknas Mobile app, which can be downloaded from the Play Store and App Store.

The re-registration fee already includes the new student attributes and almamater jacket, with no additional fees required.

The monthly tuition fee includes tuition (SPP), credit fees (SKS), Mid-Semester Examination (UTS), Final Examination (UAS), and PPA activities such as seminars, table manners, and personality development programs.

The monthly tuition fee does not include Company Visits, proposal examinations, thesis, and graduation fees. These fees are subject to change and will be announced approximately two weeks to one month before the respective activity takes place.

Scholarship

Undiknas provides scholarships for natives of Panjer, Sidakarya, Sukasada District (Buleleng), Dawan District (Semarapura), and Undiknas also gives scholarships to active students who have academic or non-academic achievements.

Undiknas gives scholarships to KIP (Smart Indonesia Card) holders

For information about getting a scholarship through the KIP Kuliah program, you can ask the Student Affairs and Alumni Department at Undiknas. Here's the contact person you can reach: 087782684999

That's right, Undiknas is currently also helping students with scholarships from Bank Indonesia.

New students can't apply for the Bank Indonesia scholarship yet, because one of the requirements is that students must have completed at least 40 credits or 3 semesters.

Payment

Here’s how to make a payment:

1) First, click the small circle in the billing menu.

2) Then, choose the bank you want to use for the payment transaction.

3) After that, make the payment at the selected bank.

For new prospective students who have never received a voucher from Undiknas, the voucher code section can just be left blank.
