
98th Undiknas Graduation Ceremony: A Sustainable Step Toward an Impactful Campus with Global Contributions
Denpasar, July 19, 2025 – Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (Undiknas) held its 98th graduation ceremony at The Meru, Sanur, Bali. On this significant occasion, 211 graduates were officially conferred their degrees, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their professional and academic journeys.
The event was attended by key figures including the Head of LLDikti Region VIII, represented by Mr. Ir. I Nyoman Bagus Suweta Nugraha, S.Kom., M.T., the Founding Father of Perdiknas, members of the Perdiknas Denpasar Board, and members of the Undiknas Academic Senate. Special recognition was given to students with outstanding academic achievements, including:

In his remarks, the Rector of Undiknas, Prof. Dr. Ir. Nyoman Sri Subawa, S.T., S.Sos., M.M., IPM., ASEAN.Eng., reaffirmed the university’s transformation into a higher education institution that not only prioritizes academic excellence but also serves as a driver of social change through impactful research, technological innovation, and community service.
“Undiknas is ready to become a ‘Higher Education for Impact’ in pursuit of International Sustainable Achievement,” he stated.
The Rector also highlighted the implementation of the national “Impactful Campus” policy launched by Indonesia’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology on National Education Day 2025. This policy promotes the downstream application of higher education innovations to produce tangible benefits for society. Undiknas embraces this direction through strategic initiatives, including strengthening an inclusive, adaptive, and responsive academic ecosystem.
Several important milestones were also announced during the ceremony, including the establishment of the Physiotherapy Study Program featuring an entrepreneurship-based curriculum “Ergo-Physio Preneur”, and the Master of Accounting Program to meet industry needs and support digital-based financial development. In addition, Undiknas launched a new Applied Bachelor Program in English for Business and Professional Communication, targeting vocational skill development for both the workforce and the community.







Supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Undiknas has actively contributed to:
SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being
SDG 4: Quality Education
SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
SDG 17: Partnership for the Goals
These contributions are made through impactful research, innovation, and international collaborations. The university has forged partnerships with global institutions such as Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU) and is currently pursuing further collaborations in Europe, America, Australia, and Asia.
Furthermore, the Rector proudly announced Undiknas’ latest achievement in the 2025 Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings, where the university ranked 27th nationally and maintained its status as the top university in Bali with international recognition.
The graduation ceremony also featured the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Undiknas and the Klungkung Regency Government as well as Klungkung Regional Hospital (RSUD). The signing was attended by Klungkung Regent, Mr. I Made Satria, S.H., and Director of RSUD Klungkung, Dr. I Nengah Winata, Sp.B-KBD. This strategic step marks the early phase in establishing a Faculty of Medicine at Undiknas.
“This initiative aligns with Klungkung Regency’s mission to develop its community and produce professional and high-integrity human resources,” the Regent affirmed in his speech.
Through this graduation ceremony, a new journey begins for Undiknas graduates. It is hoped that they carry with them the spirit of innovation, professionalism, and a strong commitment to making a real contribution to society and the workforce in the future.





Acara wisuda kali ini juga diisi dengan agenda penandatanganan kerjasama antara (MoU) antara Undiknas dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten Klungkung serta RSUD Klungkung. Sesi ini dihadiri langsung oleh Bupati Klungkung Bapak I Made Satria, S.H. dan Direktur RSUD Klungkung Bapak dr. I Nengah Winata, Sp.B-KBD. Langkah ini merupakan embrio awal dari pendirian fakultas kedokteran di Universitas Pendidikan Nasional. Dalam sambutannya Bupati Klungkung menyampaikan apresiasi dan dukungan yang sebesar-besarnya atas upaya pengembangan pendidikan yang dilakukan Universitas Pendidikan Nasional.
“Langkah ini sejalan dengan misi kabupaten klungkung dalam mengembangkan masyarakat serta menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang profesional dan berintegritas” ujar beliau
Melalui rangkaian Prosesi wisuda ini awal dari perjalanan baru para lulusan Undiknas telah dimulai, dan harapannya para lulusan dapat membawa semangat inovasi, profesionalisme, dan kontribusi nyata dalam masyarakat dan dunia kerja dimasa depan.
