
Title: Strengthening Financial Literacy, FEB Undiknas Denpasar Set to Host “Bank Indonesia Mengajar 2026”
DENPASAR – The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at the University of National Education (Undiknas) Denpasar has officially confirmed its readiness to host the Bank Indonesia (BI) Mengajar Tahun 2026 program. This initiative marks a strategic continuation of the successful collaboration established between Undiknas and the Bank Indonesia Representative Office for Bali Province in 2025
Dean of FEB Undiknas, Dr. Desak Made Febri Purnama Sari, S.E., M.M., expressed her appreciation for Bank Indonesia’s ongoing commitment to enhancing economic and financial literacy among students. The university has ensured that these expert-led sessions will be fully integrated into the Academic Year 2026 curriculum.
Integrated Curriculum: From Digital Innovation to Consumer Protection
The program will be implemented across three strategic courses, providing students with direct access to central banking practitioners. The series kicks off on Monday, March 30, 2026, from 14:00 to 16:00 WITA within the Financial Management course. The opening session will be led by Ni Putu Ani Karniawati, who will explore Payment Systems Innovations, specifically focusing on the role of QRIS as a cornerstone of Indonesia’s digital transaction evolution.
The agenda continues on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, during the Business Law course from 12:00 to 14:00 WITA. During this session, I Nyoman Agus Wirya W.P., Assistant Director at Bank Indonesia, will present critical insights on Financial Inclusion, KUPVA BB Education (Non-Bank Foreign Currency Exchange Activities), and Consumer Protection.
To conclude the program, a session for the Financial Tech course will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2026, from 12:00 to 14:00 WITA. This final class will be guided by Ketut Satya Pramana (Assistant Supervisory Officer), focusing on Cash Management, including Cash Payment Systems and the “Cinta Bangga Paham Rupiah” (Love, Proud, Understand Rupiah) campaign.

This collaborative step aligns with Undiknas’s vision as a Techno Research Preneur University as it continues to elevate its educational standards toward the World University Rankings. By learning directly from monetary authorities, students are expected to gain practical perspectives on payment system policies and national economic stability directly from the experts.
