Expanding Collaboration in Engineering Field, Undiknas Collaborated Together with Politeknik Negeri Bali
December 27th, 2021 – Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (Undiknas) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Politeknik Negeri Bali (PNB) in Director’s room of Politeknik Negeri Bali. This event was attended by Rector of Undiknas, Prof. Dr. Ir. Nyoman Sri Subawa, S.T., S.Sos., M.M., IPM. and Director of PNB, I Nyoman Abdi, S.E., M.eCOM., and also assisted by Vice Director for Partnership of PNB.
Through the collaboration, Undiknas wanted to be side by side with PNB in many programs that have been arranged toward the upcoming year of Digitalization in 2022. The arranged program would be specialized in development of engineering program which is based on the system and information technology. The developed engineering programs are a synergy between Civil Engineering program, Electrical Engineering Program, Mechanical Engineering Program, and Information Technology Program that are owned by Undiknas and PNB.
To close the friendly discussion from both sides, Director of PNB stated that it has an excellent technological product that is green tourism. The green tourism is in line to the program of Bali Province Government namely Bali Energi Bersih or Bali Clean Energy. This program was highly appreciated by Rector of Undiknas that is still developing precision agriculture by using artificial intelligence. Hopefully, Undiknas and PNB can collaborate for giving a contribution to the prosperity of the society.
