Students Of The Universitas Pendidikan Nasional Achieve Great Achievements t The Rector Of Cup Unud

Denpasar – A proud achievement was achieved by the students of the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional in the Rector Cup activity organized by Udayana University. The Udayana University Rector Cup itself is an event that will be held annually by Udayana University for students from all universities in Indonesia. The purpose of the activity is to develop the interests and talents of students through sports and to increase the close ties of brotherhood between universities in Indonesia. (20/10/2022)

The implementation of the 2022 Udayana Rector’s Cup takes place from October 9 to October 16, 2022, at the Gor Liga Bali Arena Jalan Bypass Ngurah Rai No. 88 Denpasar. The sports that are contested include 3×3 Basketball, Chess, Silat, Wushu, and Taekwondo. Representatives of participants from the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional, in the series of events of the Rector’s Cup Udayana in 2022 won champions in various categories that were contested including 1st overall winner in the Pencak Silat branch, 1st place in the Futsal branch, 1st place in the Mixed Doubles badminton sport and 3rd Place in Men’s Doubles, 3rd General Winner in the Senior and Beginner Achievement categories in Taekwondo sports.

In the individual competition, the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional won five (5) 1st place positions, including Taekwondo in the O87 and U57 categories won by Putu Gede Darma Putra Pratama and Jege Intan Yusita, as well as the Pencak Silat sport in the Women’s Class C Competing category. won by Luh Mas Prisila Suciningsih, women’s category B won by A.A’s wife Sukma Suryani, and Men’s Class E competition category won by I Gede Pasek Wijaya Kusuma Prayoga. Four (4) 2nd place positions in Taekwondo in the O87, U54, U62, and U58 categories, respectively, were won by I Dewa Made Ryan Oka Mahendra, Made Adi Widhirestu Dananjaya, Vella Puspitasari Wijayanti, Kadek Aditya Satria Widnyana. Five (5) 3rd place positions in Taekwondo and Pencak Silat sports, including the U74 Taekwondo category, won by Bagus Hoiru Fermanda, Women’s Singles Art Category, and Pencak Silat Class A Women’s Competition won by Ni Wayan Suasti, Men’s Class F Competition Category Putu Aditya Chrisnanda Dewanta in the Pencak Silat category, the Men’s Class G competition category in the Pencak Silat sport was won by Gilang Kusuma Arya Mulyana.

These various achievements certainly bring pride to the entire academic community at the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional. Through the achievements that have been achieved by the participants who represent the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional, it is hoped that it will become a place to evaluate and develop their abilities in improving their achievements in the field of sports.
