Undiknas Has A Workshop Dance Themed “K-Pop Cover Workshop Dance Warriors”

Denpasar – In order to develop students’ interests and talents in the world of dance, the National Education University (Undiknas) through the Dance Warrior Student Activity Unit (UKM) of Undiknas held a workshop entitled “K-POP COVER WORKSHOP DANCE WARRIORS”. This activity is a performance event for dancers who bring modern K-Pop dance dances. Taking place in July 2022, a series of activities take place at Dance Lab Park 23 Mall Kuta.

K-POP COVER WORKSHOP DANCE WARRIORS involved all members of UKM Dance Warrior as the committee. Also present as assessors and trainers at the event, Putu Diva Pionita Dewi., S.Tr., Kep, who is familiarly called Kak Diva Pion, and Maria Brigita Ekayanti, S.KG, who is familiarly called Brigita, are both modern dance practitioners who have been famous among modern dance activists.

The workshop activity which was held lasted for one day, starting with the opening of the event filled with the singing of the Indonesia Raya anthem which started at 4.00 WITA. followed by a report by the chairman of the committee and the coach followed by the appearance of the members of the Dance Warrior UKM. After the performance by the members of UKM Dance Warrior, the event was continued with the handing over of placards and certificates as a memento to the trainers who attended the event.

Through the implementation of the K-POP COVER WORKSHOP DANCE WARRIORS activity, it is hoped that the participants who follow it can dig deeper into their potential and practice their abilities in performing modern dances. The workshop was closed with a photo session with all members who attended the event.
