Undiknas Holds “Healing And Chilling” Activities In The Order Of Improving Undiknas Employee’s Performance
Sanur – Human resources (HR) play an important role in the progress of an institution, it is necessary to maintain the condition of employees both physically and mentally. The goal is of course to continue to support employee performance in carrying out their duties. The National Education University (Undiknas) in order to maintain the spirit and performance of employees and lecturers in Undiknas, held an Outing with the theme Healing and Chilling. (8/7/2022)
The Healing and Chilling activity were carried out at Prama Sanur Beach, involving all levels of lecturers and employees in Undiknas. Also present at the event were Undiknas Rector Professor Nyoman Sri Subawa along with the ranks of Undiknas Vice Rector. The activity started at 7:00 WITA which began with a coffee break in the morning where all participants who attended were treated to various types of snacks that were suitable for consumption in the morning accompanied by coffee and fresh juice from the hotel. After the breakfast activity ended, the activity continued by carrying out cleaning around the Sanur Beach area where the activity took place. The main event of the Healing and Chilling series of activities was filled with interesting competitions which also trained cooperation between each participant, music entertainment and photo competitions were also held for all participants were participants with the most unique photos were entitled to win attractive prizes provided by the organizing committee.
The activity took place with great enthusiasm from the participants, all the existing workload seemed no longer felt during the activity. The activity ended with the distribution of prizes to the winners of the competition and a group photo activity. Through the Healing and Chilling Undiknas activity, it is hoped that it can further strengthen the existing cooperation between each lecturer and also employees to continue to be able to provide maximum service to students and the community in order to improve the quality of Undiknas as an excellent and international university.
