Berdasarkan hasil tes tulis yang telah di selenggarakan pada Hari Selasa, Tanggal 17 Juli 2019, berikut ini adalah SK Rektor Undiknas tentang Penetapan Kelulusan Seleksi Mahasiswa Baru Tahun Akademik 2019/2020 Jalur Mandiri Periode I

Bagi calon Mahasiswa Baru yang telah dinyatakan lulus tes penerimaan mahasiswa baru diharapkan segera mendaftar ulang dari tanggal 10 Juli s.d 7 Agustus 2019

Adapun persyaratan dan berkas yang dilampirkan pada saat daftar ulang bisa di download di link dibawah ini:

PERSYARATAN DAFTAR ULANG

MAHASISWA BARU PERIODE 2019/2020

Salinan SKL/STTB SMU/SMK : 2 Lembar (yang sudah dilegalisir)
Salinan Akta Kelahiran : 2 Lembar
Salinan KTP/Surat Keterangan Domisili : 2 Lembar
Pas Foto Ukuran 3 X 4 hitam putih : 2 Lembar
Surat Keterangan Sehat dari Dokter
Surat Pernyataan Tunduk kepada STATUTA Undiknas University dan ketentuan- ketentuan lain rangkap 2, hanya yang asli (satu lembar) bermaterai : Rp. 6.000,- (Surat Pernyataan sudah disiapkan di Undiknas)
Kartu Keluarga / KK
Melampirkan foto copy bukti pembayaran daftar ulang : 2 lembar, yang asli disimpan sebagai arsip.
Materi Rp. 6.000,- sebanyak 2 Lembar.
