Undiknas Conduct Audience With RSD Mangusada Initiation Of Opening Faculty Of Medicine
Badung – The National Education University (Undiknas) conducted an exploratory hearing at the Mangusada Badung Regional Hospital (RSD) in the context of the initiation of the Opening of the Faculty of Medicine and the Undiknas Medical Education Study Program (Prodi) on Monday, August 8, 2022. Undiknas Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. Nyoman Sri Subawa, S.T., S.Sos., M.M., IPM., who on this occasion was accompanied by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Alumni Dr. I Made Wirya Dharma, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities Dr. I Nyoman Subanda, and the rectorate team who is also the task force team for the formation of the Medical Education Study Program, were warmly received by the Director of RSD Mangusada, dr. I Wayan Darta and the management of the RSD. (8/8/2022)
The Director of the Mangusada Hospital, in the hearing session, enthusiastically welcomed Undiknas’ plan to realize the plan to open the Medical Education Study Program at Undiknas. Through the cooperation that will be established with Undiknas, RSD Mangusada will be able to widen its wings to contribute more to the community. He also said that currently the Mangusada Hospital has met the criteria as a Type B Teaching Hospital and is currently trying to increase the quantity and quality in terms of health facilities and health services that can be offered to the community.
The Rector of Undiknas and his team expressed their gratitude for the response given by the Director of the Mangusada Hospital and also the management of the RSD who were present. At the end of the hearing session, Prof. Sri Subawa conveyed Undiknas’ commitment to immediately fulfill the requirements for opening the Faculty of Medicine and Undiknas Medical Education Study Program.
The hearing was closed with a group photo session and handshake between the Undiknas Rector and the Director of RSD Mangusada as a symbol of the initial agreement of cooperation that would be established between the two parties. Hopefully, what was the first step for Undiknas in opening the Faculty of Medicine at Undiknas can be realized soon, so that Undiknas as a Techno Research-preneur campus can make an even greater contribution to the world of education, the development of science and technology.
