89th Graduation Degree, Undiknas Is Committed to Birth Graduates That Are International Competitiveness Towards The Year Of Internationalization
Nusa Dua – The National Education University (Undiknas) held its 89th graduation ceremony at Mangupura Hall, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua – Bali on July 18, 2022. A total of 291 graduates from Undergraduate and Master’s Programs and their families filled Mangupura Hall. Graduates from the undergraduate program come from the Management Study Program, Accounting, Law Science, State Administration Science, Communication Science, Civil Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. Meanwhile, graduates from postgraduate programs come from Masters in Management Study Programs, Masters in Public Administration, and Masters in Law.
Present at the graduation, the Head of the Regional VIII DIKTI Service Institute, Mr. Dr. Ir. I Gusti Lanang Bagus Eratodi, S.T., M.T., IPU, ASEAN.Eng., Head of the Badung District Attorney, Mr. Imran Yusuf, S.H., M.H., Executive Director of PT Pinnacle Alfa Edukasi, Mr. Arif J Taringan, Main Founder and Founder of the National Education Association ( Perdiknas) Denpasar, as well as the Chairperson of the Denpasar Education Perdiknas, Dr. A A. Ngurah Eddy Supriyadinata Gorda, S.Sos., M.Sc.
In the rector’s report session, Undiknas Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. Nyoman Sri Subawa, S.T., S.Sos., M.M., IPM. conveyed that Undiknas is committed to giving birth to the nation’s next generation, independent and tough young entrepreneurs, who are internationally competitive and prioritize technological progress, based on research results and still upholding local wisdom and national culture. This commitment always requires the full support and contribution of the entire Undiknas academic community in making it happen.
As a form of this commitment, Undiknas provides entrepreneurship grants to students and assistance through the Undiknas business incubator (INBIS). Collaboration with various national and international institutions continues to strengthen the realization of Undiknas’ entrepreneurship program. In addition, in 2022, as an achievement toward World Class University, Undiknas launched a Double Degree Program and sent two international class students to study for two years at Help University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Undiknas will also soon implement a double degree program at Edith Cowan University in Australia, Kaplan University in Singapore, and Teesside University in the United Kingdom (UK).

On this occasion, I would like to thank all parties, colleagues, friends, and Undiknas partners who have contributed to the development of the campus and its achievements. Thank you for your commitment to jointly take responsibility for higher education. UNDIKNAS IS BIG !” said Prof. Sri Subawa when ending the rector’s report at the 89th graduation session.
In this 89th Graduation also, for the first time, Undiknas inaugurated 5 Bachelors of Information Technology who were the first batch of the study program. They passed in less than four years. It is a proud achievement for the historical record of the Undiknas Information Technology Study Program. In the future, Undiknas hopes to produce more digital talents who are able to contribute to the development of digitalization on all fronts in the era of society 5.0.
Undiknas would like to thank all attendees for entrusting Undiknas as part of the journey to education for students and graduates, as part of seeking and learning to become the best version of themselves. Hopefully, Undiknas can continue to grow and develop and contribute to the development of science.
