53rd Dies Natalis Month (BUDINATA) Undiknas: Digitalization for Humanity
Denpasar – Wednesday, 12th of January 2022, Universitas Pendidikan Nasional of Denpasar (Undiknas) held the launch and opening ceremony of the 53rd Anniversary or Dies Natalis Month (BUDINATA) of 2022 at the Dwi Tunggal Auditorium. It is an honor for Undiknas that this event was attended by Assistant I of the Bali Provincial Secretariat, Mr. I Gede Indra Dewa Putra, S.E., M.M., who is also part of the Undiknas Alumni Big Family (KABENAS). The full support for the implementation of the 53rd BUDINATA can also be witnessed by the presence of the Head of Denpasar National Education Association, Dr. A. A. Ngurah Eddy Supriyadinata Gorda, S.Sos., M.M., who was also accompanied by Mr. Ketut Gede Sri Diwya Tuvoli Amararaja, S.T., M.Int.Bus., M.Inf.Tech., the Denpasar National Association Treasurer. The launching of the 53rd BUDINATA was also attended by structural officials within Undiknas, representatives from alumni, representatives from students, and all the coordinators of competitions or events in the 53rd BUDINATA series.
With the theme “Digitalization for Humanity,” Mr. Dr. I Made Wirya Darma, S.H., M.H as the chairman of the 53rd Undiknas Dies Natalis said that 2022 is the Year of Digitalization in the milestones of Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (Undiknas), this is the peak of digital transformation which is realized in all lines of performance at Undiknas. This year Dies Natalais’s theme explains that this year Undiknas is at the peak of strengthening the digitalization foundation for automation performance systems, quick to innovation, native to technology, and responsive to globalization but still sticking to the elements of creativity, togetherness, instinct, empathy, imagination, identity, and strong soft skills.
The launching and opening of Undiknas Dies Natalis this year was officially opened by the Chancellor of Universitas Pendidikan Nasional, Prof. Dr. Ir. Nyoman Sri Subawa, S.T., S.Sos., M.M. In his remarks, the Chancellor said that currently, Undiknas is entering the year of Digitization, the implementation of Independent Learning – Independent Campus (MBKM) and will be heading towards the 2023 declaration of the year of internationalization. Thus, the affiliation of Universitas Pendidikan Nasional is expected to be the foundation so that everything related to academic activities, cooperation, human resource development, and others are aligned.
Entering its 53rd year on February 17th, 2022, Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (Undiknas) will hold the Dies Natalis Month (BUDINATA), which will take place from 17th January 2022 until the summit event is on 17th February 2022. The series of activities for the celebration of the 53rd BUDINATA of 2022, including Indonesian Pop Karaoke and Dangdut Contest among Undiknas Academicians, Charity and Blood Donors (Synergy with Undiknas Alumni Families), Technology Student Creativity Program Competition and Cipta Karsa, Essay Contest, E-Sport Competition, Contest of Wits, Creator Content Competition, Undiknas Youth Entrepreneurship Bootcamp Batch II, Tug of War Competition, Undiknas Academic Community Fashion Show Competition and Healthy Walk with Undiknas Alumni Big Family (KABENAS).
