Undiknas Winning the Best Rank for Higher Education Clusterization in-LLDIKTI Region VIII
Every year, the Ministry of Education and Culture through the Directorate General of Higher Education did a clustering of universities to measure and map the quality of the implementation of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (Three Pillars of Higher Education). Clasteization was done with the aim of formulating characteristics of higher education quality that have been documented in the Higher Education Database (known as PD Dikti) and other reliable external data through input, process, output and outcome indicators. The result of the subsequent clustering of universities became a reference for the Directorate General of Higher Education in formulating policy development and higher education guidance that were right on target and sustainable.
The Directorate General of Higher Education delivered a notification letter for the filling of higher education clusterization in May 2020. Similar from previous years, the results of clustering were announced by the Directorate General of Higher Education on August 17th. Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (Undiknas University) always tried to update and complete all data and information on PD Dikti and other databases to achieve the highest and best points on each indicator determined by the Directorate General of Higher Education. In 2020, through achievements in input, process, output, and outcome indicators and full support from the entire academic community, Undiknas succeeded to get the highest points and the best ranking in the clustering of tertiary institutions in Higher Education Service Institutions (known as LLDikti) Region VIII.
Congratulations and success to UNDIKNAS! “Hopefully this achievement will become the initial milestone for improving the quality of Undiknas in the following years, especially in the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education”, said the Rector of Undiknas.
