- Managing research, application, and development of science and technology based on information technology systems in various fields of science for the Undiknas academic community,
- Manage research, implementation and development of science and technology in the Undiknas environment,
- Build and develop cooperation with various parties, both national and international in research, implementation and development of science and technology,
- Develop and develop information systems for research, implementation and development of science and technology,
- Encouraging research, application and development of science and technology towards the acquisition of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR),
- Support government and private institutions in exploring, utilizing and managing the results of research, application and development of science and technology,
- Encourage the dissemination of research results, application and development of science and technology for the welfare and benefit of the people
