Denpasar – Universitas Pendidikan Nasional on Monday 12 September 2022 received a visit from Thai Nguyen University Vietnam. The visit was related to the collaboration that will soon be realized between the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional and Thai Nguyen University. The ranks Vice President of Thai Nguyen University and their entourage arrived at the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional at 8.00 WITA which was welcomed by Head of International Office Ida Nyoman Basmantra, S.Pd., M.Pd., M.M. and their staff. During his visit, the Thai Nguyen University delegation had the opportunity to see how the environment and facilities at the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional were. The session continued with a meeting between the Rector of the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional, Prof. Dr. Ir. Nyoman Sri Subawa, S.T., S.Sos., M.M., IPM., ASEAN.Eng. with the Vice President of Thai Nguyen University and their entourage. The meeting agenda was filled with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by Chancellor Professor Sri Subawa representing the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional and Tran Viet Khanh as Union President and Vice President as a representative from Thai Nguyen University.
Through the signing of this MoU, Professor Sri Subawa as Chancellor hopes to establish good cooperation between the two universities in implementing international-standard programs to continue to improve the quality of current education.
“We hope that this collaboration will allow us to carry out various international programs to improve the quality of our education ”
said Professor Sri Subawa in his dialogue with representatives from Thai Nguyen University Vietnam.
Responding to this, the delegations from Thai Nguyen University welcomed the expectations that had been conveyed. Tran Viet Khanh and all his staff also hope to carry out many international programs with the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional, including sending students from Thai Nguyen University to study at the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional. The series of visits ended with the handing over of memories from both parties, followed by a group photo session.
