Undiknas Holds Health Services and Interactive Education Program at Renon Field

Denpasar – Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (Undiknas) once again demonstrated its commitment to making a real contribution to the community through a health service initiative held at Renon Field, Denpasar. This activity served as a tangible example of synergy across Undiknas’ study programs, providing beneficial services that directly address community needs while also offering contextual learning experiences for students. The health service was a cross-disciplinary collaboration involving:

• The Physiotherapy Study Program

• The Psychology Study Program

• The English for Business and Professional Communication Study Program

• The Convention and Event Management (MICE) Study Program

The event began in the morning and was met with enthusiasm from the public engaging in activities at Renon Field. The Physiotherapy team offered check-ups and light therapy sessions, while students from the Psychology Study Program provided short consultations and educational sessions on mental health.

What made the event even more engaging was its educational and entertaining approach using modern technology. The public was invited to experience VR Tourism, showcasing Bali’s tourist destinations in virtual reality. Additionally, the English Study Program team hosted interactive English-based games aimed at raising awareness about the importance of foreign language skills in the global tourism industry.

Through this activity, Undiknas aimed to foster direct engagement between the community and the university, showcasing how cross-disciplinary collaboration can create meaningful impact. This initiative was also part of Undiknas’ mission to build an educational ecosystem that is impactful and aligned with society’s needs. In addition to supporting the government’s Kampus Berdampak (Impactful Campus) program, it reaffirmed Undiknas’ position as a university that actively combines academics with innovative and sustainable community service.

With such programs, Undiknas hopes to continue serving as a partner to the community in fostering a healthier, more informed society that is open to technological advancements and globalization.
