This historic victory in Case Number 66\/PUU-XXIV\/2026<\/a><\/strong> brings a breath of fresh air for legal certainty and governance in Indonesia. Thru this ruling, the Constitutional Court clarifies the distinction between administrative errors and corruption crimes, which have often overlapped. This success proves that Undiknas’s outstanding dedication is not only in the classroom but also has a real impact on national justice.<\/p>\n\n

The Deadly Collaboration of FH Undiknas and Kukuh Village Changes the Face of National Law<\/h2>\n\n

This monumental activity is led by the Dean of the Faculty of Law Undiknas<\/a>, in synergy with lecturers, students, and the government of Kukuh Traditional Village, Tabanan. The Constitutional Court agrees that the term “state loss” in Article 20 of Law Number 30 of 2014 <\/strong>must be specifically interpreted as “state financial loss<\/strong>“. This decision is very crucial because the object of the loss is now more measurable, tangible (actual loss<\/strong><\/em>), and no longer open to multiple interpretations. Thru in-depth discussions since January 2026, the FH Undiknas team formulated strong arguments to protect the bureaucracy from the threat of policy criminalization that hinders development. The Constitutional Court, in its considerations, emphasized that administrative resolution should be prioritized before resorting to criminal law instruments or ultimum remedium<\/em>. This provides space for government officials to work more professionally and accountably without excessive fear. This achievement strengthens Undiknas’s position as the best university in Bali that is responsive to legal dynamics and the needs of the wider community.<\/p>\n\n
