With the theme <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;Growing Together Creates an Accountant Who Grows in the Era of Society 5.0,&#8221;<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> the event aimed to equip students with insights and skills relevant to the evolving demands of the modern digital economy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The day\u2019s events were packed with learning and competition, including the <\/span><b>UNDIKNAS Accounting Competition Chapter 9 (UAC #9)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, a national high school accounting competition that ran from August 17 to September 17, 2024. There was also the <\/span><b>Olympic of Accounting and Tax Chapter 9 (OCTA #9)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, a competition for vocational school students in Indonesia, which was held from August 18 to September 18, 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One of the seminar&#8217;s highlights was the <\/span><b>Talkshow Akuntansi Bicara Budaya Jilid 9 (ACARYA #9)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, featuring a discussion on the theme <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cThe Role of Accounting Practitioners in Supporting the Development and Preservation of Cultural Heritage in the Context of Tourism.\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> This talkshow brought together speakers with diverse backgrounds and expertise, including Dwi Wahyuning Kristiansanti, S.Sn., M.Si.; Dr. Ni Luh Putu Sri Purnama Pradnyani, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA., CSRS., CSRA.; and Dr. Gine Das Prena, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA., CSRS., CSRA., CSP., CMA., CFMA., CAPM., CDM., CPA., CERA. The event was moderated by Ni Komang Tri Adi Mulya Wardani.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Held in the Dwi Tunggal Auditorium at Undiknas and accessible online via ZOOM, the Accounting Education Fair Chapter 9 provided an invaluable platform for students and professionals to engage in meaningful discussions on the evolving role of accountants in both preserving cultural heritage and adapting to the Society 5.0 era.
