The students are currently participating in the Enrichment Program 2024, a short course held at Edith Cowan University (ECU) from August 22 to 31, 2024.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">During the meeting, the Consul emphasized the importance of adaptability for Undiknas students in the Western Australian environment as part of implementing cross-cultural understanding in management. He encouraged the students to develop themselves on an international level, particularly in Australia, which is renowned for its advanced education system. As international students in Australia, they are expected to seize opportunities to gain educational, social, and cultural experiences in a developed country, thereby enhancing their self-efficacy positively.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Additionally, the Consul highlighted various internship opportunities available for international students in Australia, encouraging Undiknas students to leverage these opportunities to gain professional experience in a global context.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The delegation from Undiknas was led by a team from the International Office, including Mr. Basmantra, Mrs. Prasiwi Bestari, and Ms. Budi Shantika. The warm discussion also provided valuable information on scholarship opportunities for further studies, working abroad, and skill upgrading.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Rector of Undiknas expressed his full support and gratitude for the attention and support provided by the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia (KJRI) in Perth throughout the program in Western Australia. This program, which is held every semester, greatly benefits from the assurance provided by the KJRI, contributing to a sense of security and comfort for Indonesian citizens engaging in various activities abroad, particularly in Perth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This visit took place after a welcoming ceremony for the students at the ECU Joondalup Campus, followed by an invitation to the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia (KJRI) in Perth, located at Adelaide Terrace St.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The interaction between the Consulate General and Undiknas students not only strengthened cultural ties but also opened up avenues for further academic, professional, and personal development in
