This event not only has a positive impact on blood recipients but also brings great benefits to donors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This activity will take place on Saturday, November 18, 2023, starting at 09.00 WITA in the National Education University area. This activity provides an opportunity for all elements of society, especially students and the Undiknas academic community, to contribute directly to giving their blood for humanity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Blood donation is not only beneficial for blood recipients but also brings health benefits to donors. One of them is reducing the risk of heart and blood vessel disease. Apart from that, this activity can also help you lose weight, provide inner satisfaction, and feel more meaningful because you have shared it with others.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The requirements for becoming a blood donor include fairly simple criteria. Donors must be in good physical and mental health, at least 17 years old, weigh at least 50 kg, not suffering from infectious diseases, not pregnant, menstruating or breastfeeding, and not under the influence of drugs.
