This activity, held on July 14, 2024, aimed to strengthen relationships among members and enhance commitment to gender equality advocacy and women&#8217;s education.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">PHD Mama is known as a platform that provides inspiring content, tips for continuing education, and scholarship information. The community frequently organizes activities to motivate women to pursue further education while supporting each other on their journeys.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Several main goals were achieved during this team building activity, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Helping volunteers get to know each other better.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Increasing commitment and engagement within the PHD Mama community.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cultivating a shared understanding of the importance of collaboration and mutual support among women in advancing education and gender equality.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Strengthening gender equality advocacy by emphasizing the importance of cooperation and collective awareness in the pursuit of equality, rather than focusing solely on individual competition.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Undiknas psychology team facilitated the sharing sessions among members, providing space for participants to share experiences and perspectives, and concluded the activity by summarizing its overall objectives. This initiative aims to further motivate PHD Mama members to promote education and women&#8217;s empowerment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This activity aligns with Undiknas&#8217; goal of contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly by adopting and strengthening policies and regulations that promote gender equality and women&#8217;s empowerment at all levels.
