Namun, memulai bisnis yang berkelanjutan tidaklah mudah, dan ada beberapa faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan untuk memastikan kesuksesan jangka panjang. Sebuah studi baru-baru ini yang dilakukan di Denpasar oleh <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Luh Putu Mahyuni, Ph.D., CMA., CSP. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor kunci yang berkontribusi terhadap kesuksesan bisnis startup yang berkelanjutan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Studi ini berfokus pada peran platform crowdfunding sekuritas dalam mendukung start-up yang berkelanjutan. Studi ini menemukan bahwa manfaat yang dirasakan, pengaruh sosial, dan kepercayaan adalah faktor signifikan yang mempengaruhi niat perilaku milenial untuk menggunakan platform crowdfunding sekuritas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Menariknya, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan dan risiko yang dirasakan tidak berdampak langsung pada niat perilaku milenial untuk menggunakan platform crowdfunding sekuritas. Namun, mereka secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi niat perilaku melalui variabel lain. Kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan mempengaruhi niat perilaku melalui persepsi kegunaan, sementara risiko yang dirasakan mempengaruhi niat perilaku melalui kepercayaan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya kepercayaan dalam keberhasilan bisnis startup yang berkelanjutan. Karena semakin banyak milenial beralih ke platform crowdfunding sekuritas untuk membiayai startup mereka, mereka perlu merasa yakin bahwa investasi mereka aman dan platform tersebut dapat dipercaya. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan yang beroperasi di ruang ini perlu fokus membangun kepercayaan dengan penggunanya untuk mendorong lebih banyak generasi milenial menggunakan platform crowdfunding sekuritas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengaruh sosial juga merupakan faktor signifikan dalam niat perilaku generasi milenial untuk menggunakan platform crowdfunding sekuritas. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh teman sebaya dan jejaring sosial memainkan peran penting dalam adopsi teknologi baru dan pilihan investasi di kalangan milenial. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan yang beroperasi di ruang ini harus fokus membangun komunitas sosial untuk mendorong lebih banyak generasi milenial menggunakan platform mereka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kesimpulannya, keberhasilan bisnis startup yang berkelanjutan bergantung pada beberapa faktor, termasuk manfaat yang dirasakan, pengaruh sosial, dan kepercayaan. Platform crowdfunding sekuritas dapat memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung usaha rintisan yang berkelanjutan, tetapi mereka perlu berfokus pada membangun kepercayaan dan komunitas sosial untuk mendorong lebih banyak milenial menggunakan platform mereka.
