The Undiknas Faculty of Law is a leading institution for legal higher education in Bali, having achieved “Superior” (Unggul) accreditation based on the Decree of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) Number 5431\/SK\/BAN-PT\/Ak.KP\/S\/VIII\/2024. This status reflects the faculty’s superior academic and institutional quality, aligning with the “Superior” accreditation held by the National Education University (Undiknas) itself.<\/p>\n

The Faculty of Law envisions becoming a faculty characterized by excellence, high quality, integrity, and an entrepreneurial spirit at both national and global levels, grounded in the Tri Hita Karana philosophy. To realize this vision, the faculty is committed to enhancing the quality and quantity of activities within the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tridharma) through a Tri Hita Karana-based approach, fostering innovation in legal research, and integrating research findings to resolve legal issues by leveraging local wisdom.<\/p>\n

A distinctive feature of the Undiknas Faculty of Law is encapsulated in its tagline, “Captivating Legalscholar into Legalpreneurship,” which underscores its commitment to producing graduates who are not only outstanding legal scholars but also possess the entrepreneurial skills necessary to compete in the legal landscape. The faculty has also pioneered the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM)\u2014or “Freedom to Learn, Independent Campus”\u2014curriculum since 2020; notably, it has been designated as the only law study program in Indonesia to serve as a Center of Excellence for MBKM implementation. The law study program offers two educational tracks: the Regular Program and the International Undergraduate Programme (IUP). Within the Regular Program, students may choose from five areas of concentration, including:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    Meanwhile, the International Undergraduate Program (IUP) is designed to focus on International Business Law and is conducted in collaboration with overseas universities.<\/p>\n

    The implementation of the MBKM curriculum offers students the flexibility to study off-campus for up to two semesters. Learning activities include internships at legal institutions, independent research, humanitarian projects, and student exchanges with partner universities. This approach ensures a holistic learning experience that combines academic knowledge (hard skills) with practical abilities (soft skills), thereby preparing graduates to meet global challenges.<\/p>\n

    Supporting facilities provided by the Undiknas Faculty of Law include a modern library with a comprehensive collection of legal literature, a law laboratory equipped with a courtroom simulation space, a legal consultation and aid center that serves the community while providing practical training for students, and high-tech classrooms to facilitate learning.<\/p>\n

    Graduates of the Undiknas Faculty of Law are prepared to become competent professionals in various fields, such as legal practitioners (advocates, judges, and prosecutors), legal drafters, legal officers, civil servants (ASN), and legal entrepreneurs. Many alumni have successfully built careers in these professions, demonstrating the excellence of the education provided.<\/p>\n

    Looking ahead, the Undiknas Faculty of Law is committed to continuously enhancing the quality of education, research, and community service.
