parties, both national and international in research activities, application and development of science and technology,<\/li>\n<li>Build and develop information systems for research, application and development of science and technology,<\/li>\n<li>Encouraging research activities, application and development of science and technology towards the acquisition of Intellectual Property Rights (HKI),<\/li>\n<li>Supporting government and private institutions in exploring, utilizing and managing the results of research, application and development of science and technology,<\/li>\n<li>Encouraging the dissemination of research results, application and development of science and technology for the welfare and benefit of the
