In today\u2019s era of globalization, which emphasizes technology and digitalization, free competition occurs across various aspects, including the economy and human resources. This presents challenges in global tourism development. To meet these challenges, it is essential to prepare and manage human resources equipped with strong soft skills and hard skills to compete in the tourism sector at both national and international levels. In support of sustainable national development in the tourism sector\u2014considering that Bali is one of the world\u2019s top tourist destinations\u2014Universitas Pendidikan Nasional offers the Destination Tourism (Destinasi Pariwisata) Applied Bachelor Program (Diploma IV)<\/strong> under the Faculty of Tourism (FPar)<\/strong>, which awards graduates the Applied Bachelor of Tourism (S.Tr.Par)<\/strong> degree, equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree (Strata 1\/S1).<\/p>

The Destination Tourism Study Program<\/strong> aims to produce Applied Bachelor of Tourism (S.Tr.Par)<\/strong> graduates specializing in tourism destination planning, development, and tourism business with an entrepreneurial spirit. Graduates will be capable of adapting to information technology and applying research-based knowledge to create professional, high-quality, and sustainable destinations or tourism businesses. This program also aims to produce graduates who can become tourism entrepreneurs, destination or tourism business managers, research assistants, and contributors to government initiatives with a focus on sustainability through the utilization of technology and research.<\/p>

The Event Management\u00a0(Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions) Study Program<\/strong> aims to produce competent professionals in event management, specifically in managing meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions. In general, the objectives of the event management Study Program include: mastering fundamental knowledge and industry practices, developing event management and operational skills, enhancing soft skill competencies, understanding ethics and professional responsibilities, and mastering technology and innovation within the event managemen industry.<\/p>

The Faculty of Tourism<\/strong> offers two study programs:<\/p>
